What we collect

How we use it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the service: our payment processor (Stripe), our text message provider, our email provider, the companies that host the app and store photos, and our address lookup provider (Google), which receives only the address you type when you use address suggestions. They may use it only to provide that service to us.

Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your photos and links

How long we keep it

Galleries stay open for 15 days after they are first released. We keep registration and payment records as long as the business needs them, for example for taxes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we are required to keep.

Your choices

Children

Athletes are usually minors. Their information is given to us by a parent, guardian or coach, and we use it only to photograph them and deliver the photos. We do not collect information directly from children.

Security

The app uses encrypted connections, private links that are hard to guess, limits on repeated attempts, and staff access limited to what each person needs.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms.
